Do I own the copyright to the final work? +
No. MadMango still holds the copyright to all graphics. You, the client, will hold the full license to use the graphic in advertising or social media as you see fit. Please note that the use of the final work delivered to you is limited to the use allowed by the standard license of the royalty-free stock photo retailer and not for merchandising material. If you require images for use in salable items, please request an extended license for the image(s). The cost for the extended licensing required for the project is billable to you.

Where can I find the pricing list? +
Pricing is based on the length of time taken to deliver the work and complexity of the project.

Will I get a thorough estimate? +
Yes. Anything outside of the scope of the original estimate or that has been added after the delivery of the estimate will require separate quote and invoicing.

How many revisions am I allowed to have? +
You are entitled to two revisions.

What about graphics licensing? +
We purchase graphics from several royalty-free stock sites (depositphotos, iStock, Graphic River, etc) as well as use graphics provided free for commercial use on Unsplash. All graphics and fonts used on our graphics are fully licensed and legal for commercial use. For legal reasons, if you do have an image you'd like us to use, we'll require proof of licensing in order to manipulate the images for your graphics.

What is our refund policy? +
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we don't offer refunds.

Paypal and credit cards (via Paypal).

Digital delivery via Dropbox for digital items and USPS or UPS deliveries for physical items.
